[Resolved] DishTV — recording facility deactivated | |||
In month of april 2018 dish tv made recording facility a paid service, which we had been enjoying without any additional cost. We agreed to pay additional charges and got recording facility activated after paying annual subscription. However from saturday 5 th may this facility got deactivated. This made us to seek help of dishtv back office. We were made to hold the line for long period and finally were told our subscription is active and facility would be restored in 15 minutes. Were made to refresh epg of set top box. But problem could not be resolved and error code 105 continue to appear. Since then we have been calling dishtv more than dozen of time.
