As per new rules of channel selection customer needs to select their own pack, I submitted request 3-4 times but it was not updating so contacted customer care 5-6 times. Customer service is totally ridiculous, on last discussion agent told me to recharge and then select your channels, did the same but channel pack not activated. Again contacted support but no use, I left it as it is.
This time I recharged before the switch off date(23-Mar-19) on 21-Mar-19 but the service got deactivated. Hence I am trying to contact support since 24-Mar-19 not getting proper response. Today (25-Mar-19) I raised request on first call agent is saying you Recharged on 21st Mar and switch off date updated as 23rd Mar then what about after 23rd. 23-Mar was previous(old) switch off date, agent didnt resolve as senior was busy and they were going to call after 1 hour but I didnt receive any call. Again I raised another request agent repeating the same as checking the details wait for sometime and agian agent disconnected the call as they dont have proper resolution and mistake done from their side.
I want refund or else if you are activating the service then it should be extended for the days it is deactivated.
This is worst experience as customer contacting again and again but this is total loss for us with money and time.
