[Resolved] DishTV — refund of remaining balance amount of non stop pack recharge | |||
I have same issue, i have taken 3 years non stop pack of rs. 1279/- in july-2018 and can add paid channels at that time, but now as per new trai rule, the operator denies to activate paid channels. I am at great trouble because of monopoly of dishtv. What should i do. Can anyone help. Whether i should go to consumer forum for complaint against dishtv as neither they are refunding balance amount of non stop pack, so that, i can move to new pack as per trai nor activating any addon plan.
