[Resolved] DishTV — refused to pay | |||
Dear sir I have ordered new connection of dish tv online on ' consumer care ' on request number[protected] dated aug 21 2019 12:48:16:380 pm, but no installation 24 to 48 hrs is not done. Then 3 days later your technician gets a call for installation so i refuse them Now the installation is cancelled by dish tv technician Then also a message has come from dish tv that consumer has refused to pay. But i did not refuse to pay by my side I have been a satisfied customer with dish tv since long time I hope i am a valuable customer for your company. But i am not getting the benefit. To take necessary actions immediately to resolve and sort out this problem as soon as possible... Was this information helpful? | |||

i have complain regarding to signal.dish tv customer care executive says your problem resolve in 24 hours, i have complain 17/8/2019 but problem not resolve yet.my complain no[protected]
