[Resolved] DishTV — regarding customer service and dealer for recharge | |||||
Hi i am advocate vishal janrao. I want to raise an issue agaunst dish tv recharge dealer and your customer care executive who was so arrogant and unhelpful person. I called at 1.00 am on the date of 18th october 2018 to raised an official compalint against dish tv dealer whom my elder brother paid 100 rs for recharge of dish tv. So as per my request your cce raised request for feedback which was fake because i asked you never ask me name of the dealer or number and you r giving feedback number. So i insist him please go ghrough the notes of my account he was the same person whom we usually deal with but he didnt show courtesy togo back and check the notes instead of it he was arguing with me and finally he kept away the reciver so no one can tried the number. I want action against both an cce and dish tv dealer too or else under the consumer protection act i will sue your dish tv company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
