DishTV — Regarding Recharge Offer | |||
I have DishTv connection at my home.I got a message on my TV screen regarding a recharge offer i.e.{Recharge for only Rs.501/- & get Rs.552/-in DishTv account}.I recharged with an amount Rs.501/- to grab this offer.But I did not get this offer amount Rs.51/-.I contacted DishTv custmoer care, but their reply was unsatisfactory.The representative says you should call our customer care office first to know the terms and conditions, i feel cheated in the name of T&C apply.Now what should I do to teach them a lesson .Matter is only just mare of Rs.51/-, this is not so important but cheating a consumer by way of tricky ways is important. Cheated me in the same manner.. We all should go to consumer court on this for unfair trade practice.. go to http://www.nationalconsumerhelpline.in/ to lodge a complaint
