[Resolved] DishTV — regards wrong information supplied & amount deducted | |||
This is to request that i informed dishtv regards low account balance notification on 23 jan... I made total of 5 calls, but the executive could not get it erect & even could not provide information & because of my busy schedule i could not contact dishtv in month of feb & march due to exams.... But the problem was there, but when u call now no resolution was provided All the three months my balance from my account was deducted but i could not enjoy service, i contacted several times dishtv in april but no proper resolution is provided Dishtv is clearly cheating customer, as u can see in these days a single day i was unable to watch tv So i want compensation for my loss from 23 of jan 2019 - 2nd of april 2019 Was this information helpful? | |||
