DishTV — registering number and adding channels of my choice | |||
Hi have been trying to add couple of regional channels on my dish tv ever since i took dish tv connection which they won't let me do it as they did not register any numbers at the time of installation neither did they ask. When i am trying to register my number the only way i can do it is by sending them a message which i tried several times too but no use i tried to call them several time on their customer service number to the contact centre and the only thing i hear now is that this number is busy by the ivr. I don't understand how that can happen when a customer service number is supposed to be available at all times during working hours and its a 24 hour customer care center. I am literally frustrated as adding one channel has taken days now and when once i was connected to the contact centre there was a hold time and i was ready to wait but they won't let me do that either ivr arranged a cllback but i never heard from them i have even sent an email to the nodal officer i am enclosing all details hereby please get them to work on my concern. My main concerns are the complications they create in letting customers getting the channels they want as per trai guidelines. How can their 24 hour call centre number come as busy and doesn't even connect. Why don't they callback as promised? Why nobody from dishtv is ready to take the responsibility to know what customer concern is. Why registering number via message never works. Was this information helpful? | |||
