DishTV — Related yearly pack amount rs. 4190 / year

In subjected item, i have confirmed from dishtv customer care before recharge that they will give below items included in one package: 1) dish99 2) full on hd add-on 3) english news add-on 4) new toon disney. Also i confirmed that i can replace any add-on instead of english news add-on. This confirmation was taken on 17th may, 2016 at night. After confirmation i have recharged my account with rs. 4190 /-. They also told me that this changes will applicable when i request to change within 15 days. But now they are telling that now i can't replace add-on. Please help me on this.

I received message from dish tv about recharge of Rs.4190 for 12months. As I recharged today for vc no. [protected] the msg received is saying last switch off date is 03/04/2017. Let me know about updates.

I sumit Wanhade and I received message from dish tv on TV Screen about recharge of Rs.4190 for 12 months (45 HD). As I recharged today for vc no. [protected]. Now the msg received is saying last switch off date is 28/05/2018. I called customer care but they are not responding. Please Let me know update on this asap.
