[Resolved] DishTV — scheduling an appointment to fix antenna | |||
It's been more than 3 weeks requesting a call back to my registered number for fixing my antenna and on tv screen it says 301 signal not found error. For this i requested a service technician appointment through dishtv.in portal, no one called back. Requested through email like 3 to 4 times and received a call only once after the follow up and they started speaking to my parents in hindi or english. Even after requesting for telugu customer service over phone the guy didn't transferred the call and till now no one has come to my home no one has fixed the issue. Worst ever experience and we are using this service since 10 years now. Was this information helpful? | |||
