DishTV — SD to HD conversion | |||||
I really don't have the time to run behind all these non-sense for SD to HD conversion. I've called up the customer care for I don't know how many times. Its been more than a week that the cust care is saying that you'll be receive a call in an hour from a technician to schedule the appointment. But unfortunately I've never received a call from anyone till now. Really don't understand why DishTV doesn't really want to provide this service to me. Quite shockingly the last conversation with a customer care personnel was so disappointing that she even started blaming myself for the whole issue.
