[Resolved] DishTV — service fault and customer has to pay | |||||
Complaint number:[protected] executive i spoke to is prashanth. This is the third time i'm facing this issue where i had to pay for the service fault that the company has. My dish is not working for a few channels and i called to rectify. They say there might be some issue with the alignment, we will book the service but you need to pay for that. I already pay a monthly subscription and it's the companies responsibility to offer the best service and take care of any issues. Now, they say i'll have to pay for their fault and the service person will definitely say the device is broken and i need to get a new one. This happened twice before in 1yr. I asked them to refund my current month subscription that i paid so i can move on to a different service but they deny that too. I have no idea how to deal with such pathetic service providers.
