I lodged no signal complain on 10 may 2019. Today 16 may 2019 still I am not able to view. Problem persists. On 10 th customer care executive said it will be resolved in 24 hrs. After 24 hrs when contacted they said it was rescheduled to 72 hrs. I waited 72 hrs but no result. When I once again contacted they told me it once again rescheduled to 96 hrs. Within this time frame they did not contacted me once. Everytime time I used to call customer care number and wait for atleast 5 mins to be connected with executive. I mailed them about the problem many. I only got system generated mail informing your issue will be solved in 24 hrs.
Still they are not in touch with me. Or they are not giving me any reply to mails except those are system generated. Also mailed to their CEO through dishtv web page "mail to CEO" . Here also I got complain number and system generated mail or nothing. They are doNg nothing only giving system generated mail. I recharged it for the full month. Now I am not using it due to their in competency. Then who will pay my money. Was this information helpful? |
