[Resolved] DishTV — service very poor and unethical behaviour | |||
I am having Dish Tv connection in the name of my son. I got it coverted into HD pack and after some time I noticed that 10-11 channels are not coming. I contacted customer care and lodged complaint #[protected] who sent their technitian. Technitian was so untrained that one by one he changd my cable and Set Top box and charged Rs 670/- from me. But after this the situation further worsened and only 40% channel start coming. Then he further demanded Rs 800/- to experiment to replace the dish which I refused and asked him to atleast restore my original position which Dish TV refused. Now position is this that even after going through all this process I am reduced to only 40% channels. I had talked to their seniors and told them that I will approach the media but they did not bothered. I advise all not to go for Dish Tv connection as their service is very poor and people are untrained. There are other brands in the market which are much cheaper and having good service quality.
