[Resolved]  DishTV — Services not being provided for last 2 weeks after paying the monthly bill

I am Not able to watch HD channels for the above mentioned VC number from last 2 weeks

I have raised 3 requests with below reference numbers:

Till now the problem is not solved
I have been paying 700/- per month for this HD connection

Few days back one technician visited our place and said there is no issue with DISH/settop box and left

I have been calling the customer care many times (Around 20 times) and every time they say request is being forwarded.

Almost i have spent 100/- for calling these stupid handi-capped customer care

Problem is HD channels are deactivated in my case.
Not sure who has done it .

HD channels are activated once technician visited my place.
I paid 170/- to the technician and almost spent ~150/- for taking with customer care people(for the past 3 weeks)

Its deactivated from your side and ihave to pay that
I need an explanation on this
