my name is mahinder singh and i bought a dish tv connection before 5 months ago in 2000 rupees. kal apne ap set of box band ho gya . us me koi light nahi a rahi hai and vo shock mar raha hai. abhi to warranty period b hai. so please changed the box imidiatly. my id is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

My VC No:[protected] set of box was replaced on 6th Jan 2015 for Rs.380 + service charge Rs.175
through SATVISION DISHTV DISH CARE CENTRE, Tharamani, Chennai-600 113. They told warenty for 6 months.
Now that set of box is not functioning properly. Today( 18th Feb 2015) I complaint to customer care they ask service charges and etc again. I hope necessary action to be taken
