[Resolved] DishTV — Set Top box having frequent problem | |||
I am Babu, purchased Dish TV having V.C number - [protected], bill no. - 098 on Nov. 2011(Man galore). Now I am presently working in Odisha for last two years. Set Top box problem happened on 23.08.13. I had called Dish TV customer care for the same. As per the conversation a technician will come to shutout the problem. A technician also came on 23/08/2013 through Sharadha Agencies.Finally he concluded the Set Top box problem and it has to be changed.We replaced the box with another by paying an amount of Rs. 570 having bill no. 12. Again same thing happened on 18.9.2014. Therefore I replace the Set Top box with another one by paying an amount of Rs. 570 having bill no. 34. Again on 28.12.2014, Set Top box is switching on and off automatically. Again I complained for the same with Dish TV customer care. Again he told to replace the box with own money. Therefore I want for the legal action against Dish TV for the above matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
