[Resolved] DishTV — Setup box | |||||
This is to inform you that i'm facing a problem with the setup box is not working properly upon calling customer care they just say that they will send the Technical team and they demand for the service charges and after paying the charges also they don't provide proper services. when Called to customer care regarding the packs and recharges they don't provide proper information. This is happening from the 2nd month when i bought the Dish TV setup box. Most of the channels will not come. when called to customer care they say that they will send a Technical team because the antenna has to be in the right direction. most of the channels will not come and from 1 month if i onn the Tv it will take 5 to 10 mins to change the channel.
