[Resolved] DishTV — setup box purchased but installation not done | |||
Dear sir, I have booked setup box from distv website for which i have not received any sms. But after completion of payment tokenid 641427 and reference no [protected]. The toll free number never connected. And i have used paid number which connected couple of time after trying atleast 100 times and afterwards customer executive would receive the call by almost taking 10 minutes each time i called. Eventually the response received from them is please call back after 30 minutes. This response i have been hearing since 5 days. The call is disconnected frequently from their side when the call is going on. No action have taken on this regard. They even told that they are going to install the setup box but couldn't do so. I am continuously following up for status. But not sure when the issue is going to resolve. Please help me in this regard as i am feeling helpless. After posting complaint here they responded to the mail a couple of time. The email-id is [email protected]. Today the dish TV team have called me and taken the feedback. And also installation of the product is done successfully. DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. After posting complaint here they responded to the mail a couple of time. Today the dish TV team have called me and taken the feedback. And also installation of the product is done successfully.
And finally thank you dish TV team for your support. However I found many dish tv customer raised their concerns in this website. Hope they also get their problem resolved.
