My dishtv with the vc number [] is not working since 15/05/2019. I still have balance in my account and recharge done on 12/05/2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change my channels. Kindly do the needful. Kindly rectify the problem and solve it.
When calling dish tv customer care, suggesting to check with technician. W welcome channel and advertising channels are working at startup

I have recharged my account but still it's showing low balance in 102... And my vc no : [protected].. kindly make this to work.
