DishTV — Started game-on hd without any information

Hi...,

My VC# is [protected]. I have been charged amount without any notification. I did not request for Game On HD Service. However I am unable to watch any HD Channel of Game on HD. So request to you please discontinue my game-on-HD as soon as possible.

Game on HD deactivated as per your request. Transaction ID URD23 01 16R [protected]. Please keep the STB on 999 LCN for 15 mins. Recharge date is 08 Feb 2016, and Switch off date is 11 Feb 2016.
