[Resolved] DishTV — subscription not activated even after payment. | |||
Hi, i am v. Seshu sai a dish tv subscriber. I have recharged my account on 8th feb. As per trai rules, selected the required channels but it has not been reflected in my account. And despite repeated attempts and calls to dish tv customer care they have not been responsive. They have no clue of what the issue is and they are keeping customer waiting indefinitely on phone by providing false information about the status. They are also not willing to transfer the call to their superiors. Through this medium, i urge the dish tv management to take note of the callous attitude of its executives, and provide resolution to my issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
