DishTV — subscription pack not activated

Dear team
I have activated a pack for surya in my dish tv d2h but it is not activated now also. When login to my account in d2h its showing surya as selected but we are not able to see also i tried to contact the customer care all the numbers are not available response is getting. An indusrty with many customers and support number is not available the number in their website is not available now i was trying with two days according to service industry customercare should to be available at all the time. So kindly take a severe action on this.
