DishTV — taking extra charges - not solving issue. | |||
Dear team, I am a dish tv customer and not at all happy with the services of the company. Dish tv is not following the rule set up by tri. As per your new rules standard ncf is 130 rs, where you will have 100 channels and 25 dd channels are mandatory and remaining 75 you can remove as per you like or dislike. However dish tv is not allowing to remove those channels and claiming all channels are mandatory. I am not sure this is a new rule as per tri? Kindly advise. Also there is no help from their customer care department. They are taking additional charges and unnecessary increase my base service tier to 190 without my acknowledgement, when tried to call their customer service they either give turn around time or disconnect phone.
