[Resolved]  DishTV — technician charge 200 + 100 for connector

Hi there,
The dish TV sent tech in my house was dishonest. He took Rs. 200.00 for visiting charge plus Rs. 100 for connector. The wire outside my home was cut into 2 piece. So to fix that he used a small connector and took 100 buck from me for it. Charging additional for connector is ridiculous. I've added a pic of the connector for you to review it. I really don't know where to go from here on. It's a worst customer service I'd face so far.

I bought my DishTV connection and have been charging it as per need. I recently realized that the DishTV connection is on the wrong name.
My DishTV VC No.[protected] and is pre-registered on N Ramesh. Please change the name to Girish.

As per direction of trai, a consumer is always free to change any channel at any time but dist tv provider does not allow to customer to delete or change any channel as it has always 1 month lock-in period which is against the rules of trai.

So please take a serious note of this as i am a regular customer of dish tv service.

We had suspended “lock-in” on our packs temporarily, to ensure a smooth migration of customers to the new tariff regime of TRAI. We have reinstated the lock-in policies now and assure you that these are well communicated and fair, in keeping with the TRAI guidelines.

Am complaint on channels alignment no.[protected] on july 30th, so many times i called in this matter, But no use and there r not resolve this problem.
So, i am forward to case file on cumsumer court.
