[Resolved] DishTV — they are not activating my channel pack | |
With due respect sir, I have made my channel pack on 28/01/2019 on dishtv site. My setup box is switched of on 1 feb. I call the dishtv customer care no that i want my channel pack and i only want to give only that amount. Sir i payed my channel pack fee but till now they have shown me my previous pack channels. I have called them 100+ times. Everytime they say call us 30 minutes later sir they are making us fool. According to my new channel pack my switched date should be 1 march but when i payed they messaged my that my switch off date is 22 feb. Sir they are not applying your new rule. Please help me otherwise there is no use of your new rule. They are countinuesly making fool o[censored]s and now they are not picking phones.
