I have activated Pick by channel pack and now its not allowing me to login through portal to check my balance or to add channels, what a pathetic service you are providing.
- Why don't you allow us to check? we are not paying money?
- why don't you mention the same in terms & conditions?

I am also facing similar problem and unable to login to my account and do any addition or removing of channels. Is this mentioned in your license condition ? Very unfortunate to have such non cooperative service from Dishtv. Looking for a solution from CC as promised by Dishtv. Think twice before choosing Pick by Channel from Dishtv.

I am also getting same message "this vc is not allowed to logon (pick by channel subs)" while trying to login using VC No., or RMN or my User Id. I thought that after 3 months period from date of recharge it would be OK but no use. My balance amount finished on 26 Nov 2015. This was not at all intimated in the Terms and Conditions of the portal. Please help...
