Dishtv has the worst customer service i have ever come across. They activate top-ups on their own and then extort the customer to recharge their account for continued service. We activated 3 channels for viewing on 24th january and paid for them. They activated the asked channels plus a random pack on 24th. On feb 1, they deactivated the 3 channels as we were "overdue" as we had activated a "mega pack" and not paid for it.
On feb 4th, we again paid for the 3 channels. They got deactivated again on 8th of feb. On 10th feb, i again cancelled the said "mega pack" (Which we never activated in the first place) and activated (And paid for) the 3 channels. Again, the channels were deactivated yesterday, 20th feb.
When i talked to the customer service today, i was informed i don't have the service as our account balance is again "negative" as we had activated the "mega pack" again. I was informed that i should pay again for the service. Was this information helpful? |
