I tried to register using dish tv application and through their web portal, otp never gets received, trying for last 10 days. Tried to contact customer service using their numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected] but numbers are always busy, luckily i was able to connect with customer service once but they disconnected the call when i reported my issue. Tried again to call, it is always busy and couldn't connect.
They've subscribed me for a marathai introductory pack worth rs 47 without my confirmation and intimation and i'm being charged for that every month.
Kindly help to get the matter escalated.

Kindly be proactive on customer's request what is reported to you directly.
In this regards, I contacted DishTV customer care through phone call and email but looks nobody is interested to assist. No proper response for the calls and emails sent to DishTV.
Pathetic customer service.
If you really care, Kindly refer the email communication with Distv customer support and check the reason why it is not yet attended/resolved.
