[Resolved] DishTV — unable to subscribe for channels | |||||
Bought a new distv connection last week. Got my login i'd n pw but i am unable to select the channels i want to watch as the channels list is blank. Called the dishtv customer care several times but was of no help. Infact they have kept me on hold for more than 20 minutes n issue was not resolved. Very disappointing service from dishtv. It's been 7 days now my issue is still not resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Due to high call volumes, there might a delay in attending your call. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, my team will help you with the same.
