On[protected], i chose the channels for viewing as per the deadline. Immediately from the next day onwards, there was occasional disruption of signal with error code 301. Inspite of having lodged complaint thrice, nobody appeared to provide service and resolve the problem. Twice, the status of the complaint was closed, showing result "resolved", although nobody bothered to visit to fix the problem. The latest complaint is dated 30/04/2019, with an assurance to be attended within 24 hours. However, it is still unattended.
It would not be out of place to mention here that despite all odds as mentioned above, i have recharged my dish tv account on 18/04/2019.
A technician's visit at the earliest to solve the problem permanently is highly solicited. Was this information helpful? |
