[Resolved] DishTV — unable to watch tv as trai's new regulations | |
I am dish tv consumer vc no.[protected] and [protected]. On 23rd jan i had given my channels demand to dish tv as per trai new regulations. However from 2nd feb i could watch very few channels and couldn't watch channels as per my request. I tried to contact consumer care but it is not reachable. Even if you get through your call the representative gives you very vague answer says "system is being updated and it will soon completed". I m fade up with service provider as they are deducting my available balance daily though i could not watch channels as per my request. Even on 5th feb my problem is not solved. I haven't used my STB for more than a year. Now I'm getting 402 fault when I turned on the STB.
