DishTV — unsatisfactory service installation | |||
I have booked a new Dishtv Connection vide request no.15472635 from M/S. R S Enterprise (SF), Bonhooghly, Dunlop through Sri Pradip Koley mobile No.[protected] for my CTV on 09/11/2014 for Rs.1, 360/- with one month free recharge for live TV enjoying alongwith HD Channels upto 09/12/2014. By V.C. No.[protected] & my Registered Mobile No. is [protected] in the name of Battula Easwar Rao. InAfter completion of installation of DishTv I got a message that Request No.15472635 is now closed. After that an another message received that Congrats you can enjoy LIVE TV on the GO free till 09-DEC with dishInline App on androig. But it was observed after a week in my account that last recharge is Rs.1249/- instead of Rs.1360/- and the validity of live tv enjoy is 26/11/2014 instead of 09/12/2014. The Switch Off date is 27/11/2014. Accordingly my Dish tv was deactivated on 27/11/2014. Immediately I had contacted with Sri Pradip Koley regarding this. He had given ahis superior Mr. Subodh / Subhendu mobile no.[protected]. Immediately I Contacted with Mr. Subodh / Subhendu but he could not taken any positive steps beside this he had talking with me by rough behaviour. Ultimately till date my dishtv is deactivated since 27/11/2014. I have not got any positive steps till today. Was this information helpful? | |||
