I booked a new dish tv connection on 21st aug in one of their offer which was for axis bank salaried employees, the true HD offer is for rs999 -the details which you can find on - https://www.dishtv.in/axis website. i paid Rs 1329 online and for which i received an email saying - Dear Sana Alia, Congratulations on choosing dishtv, India’s No. 1 DTH service provider. We welcome you to our family. We wish to inform you that we had received the online payment of Rs.1329 for1 nos. dishtv new connections. We will deliver the product at the following address: Delivery Add: Emerald flat number 203 2nd floor telecom officers Emerald flat number 203 2nd floor telecom officers, HYDERABAD Your booking Reference number is 555001 Please save this unique Reference No:555001 for future reference regarding this transaction. Your installation will be carried out by M/S SRI GANESH ENTERPRISES (SF), phone [protected] In case of any query or any information please feel free to call our 24x7 customer care service number[protected]Customer care No.) Regards, Dish Infra Services Private Limited and then i received an sms on 22nd aug saying -" DISHTV technician from Dish Care Centre SRI GANESH ENTERPRISES(SF) will visit u between 11:05-12:05 hrs on 23/08/15 against Req.No.[protected].For further queries pls call on Customer Care No.[protected]. its now 1st Sept. they are unwilling to install a new connection and now they are saying that they could not find the reference number. i want my refund back but they are playing around and do not even call me to enquire about it and neither are they refunding my money.please help. installation of the new connection has been done after many follow ups.but i seriously wont ever suggest any one else to go for dish tv connection because no one can handle so much of hassles and who has so much time for so many follow ups. | |||

the thing is that i have sent 100 emails and several calls but no response from their useless dish tv customer care initially they called several times to get the feedback and now when i have really got issues and giving u feedbacks then all the uselss feedbak callers from useless customer care has stopped,
