[Resolved]  DishTV — Upgrade to HD Set top Box

Dear Sir,
I requested to upgrade my Standard Set Top Box (VC NO. [protected]) registered in my wife name (Nibedita Ghosh) to HD set top box at 2031 hrs on 09.09.2014. It was informed to me that the installation will be done 24 hours to 72 hours.
A call received on next day (10.09.2014) at 0957 hrs from mobile no. [protected]. The person informed me that he was calling from DISH TV and he was then at Mahipalpur and confirmed my address. On listening that my resident is at Dwarka, he informed that they installation will be done on next day.
A call received at 1222 hrs on 11.09.2014 from mobile no. [protected]. The person informed me that he was calling from DISH TV and he was at Dabri at that time and asked me my address. I noted him my address as he had my old address. The new address i.e. (Flat No. 272, Shubham Apartment, Pocket 4, Dwarka, Sector-12, New Delhi) was noted to him. He informed that he will be at my home within 30 minutes. Accordingly I informed my wife. She waited for the service personnel throughout the afternoon.
Again a call received by me at 1931 hrs from mobile no [protected] from DISH TV representative. Now the person was very arrogant and asked me whether I wanted to install it right then or not. I asked him whether they were ready to installed it right then or not. He again asked me my address. I told him that it was already noted. But he told me that the he was another person. As I was in the traffic, I disconnected the phone. Then I received several calls from mobile no. [protected] who was another person. He also asked me the same question whether I wanted to install it right now or not. As if they wanted to listen an answer in negative. I told them to reach at the address that they have and call me. They again call me and told that they were then at P-167, Rajnagar, Palam at my old address and asked my my floor numbers. I called my the then neighbor and request him to look whether any person from DISH TV were there. He informed that nobody was there. Then I understood that they were playing game with me as they were aware that I would not be available there. They lied to me.
Today (13.09.2014) again a call received from [protected], as I forgot my mobile at home. My wife attended the phone. The person again asked my address and told her that DISH TV representative will be there within 30 minutes. She waited again and at 1551 hrs a call again received by her from DISH TV from Mobile No. [protected] and again asked the address and asked whether she wanted to install it then. As she was going with my Son for attending a class, she requested to install it by 1900 hrs. The person informed that it would be too late and would be installed next day morning.
In view of the above incident I request you to check whether the service provider engaged by DISH TV for Dwarka, New Delhi is well equipped to handle consumers’ request. The misbehavior of the personnel was irritating. The addressed such as “Maharaj”, “Boss” during conversation. Please teach them how to talk with the consumers and address their concerns. Please look into the incident.
An early action is requested to upgrade my existing DISH TV.
