[Resolved] DishTV — Useless dishtv: pick by channel process not allowing to add addl. Channels | |||||
VC no: [protected] Haresh a. I activated pick by channels on 9th feb 2016 for Rs. 231 approx. My account was deducted immediately for 3 months - 231x3 = 693 approx. I recharged Rs.1000 to enable this. Now if i want to add addl. channels worth Rs. 80 - it should check for only balance of 80x3 = 240 in my account. However, It is asking me to recharge again for 231 + 80 = 311 x 3 = 933 Note: My account was already deducted for 693 now asking for addl. 933. just to add addl. channels of Rs. 80. b. It is not allowing me to add addl. channels only worth 80. It expect you to remember all the channels which you activated last month and re-select. Imaging writing down all channels in paper and then again selecting in stupid dishtv website and you get error as point above a. c. - Unable to execute above for last 25 days. - Junior customer care executive does not know different between website address and email address as they wanted me to write email since they cannot understand the problem after speking to them for 1 hour today 23rd march 2016 - Customer care is not aware of how the deduction happens for pay by channel service - whether monthly or daily burn.
