Dear mr dua, i recently bought a dish tv setup box console from_your company_ on 18-jul-18 after 12days i plan for shifting the setup box in my another house, i called on your customer service help line no [protected] five times when first time they picked my call they said... Sir we will send the engineer by today. I asking for charges then she said no its free of cost your i don;t need to be pay but when i got a call from your engineer he said its chargeable i said i have recording of your customer service the said its free of cost. So he don"t agree to understand and go back his office. Then i again received your customer care call they said mistaknly we have said that free of cost thing now you need to pay... That is starting... Very bad experience with your company i said your customer service please switch my account in your company so they switch my account as per my request... But your company like very very bad service and it stopped working i am disappointed and now console is completely useless. Please help me in installation service the product with the new one as the product is in warranty.
