Dish TV customer care, I have sent a message on 16.10.14 regarding non functioning my TV getting message 301( signal not found) on the screen. I talked to customer care on 18th and made a complain ( Request no[protected] describing the actual problem caused by the hudhud cyclone in vizag. So far no technician has visited my place. Pl. send your technician as soon as possible to restore the services.Last eight days we are out of world without watching the TV Was this information helpful? | |||

After waiting 48 hrs. and there is no action from your side, today again I talked to customer care to remind my complain.( I SMS on 16th this month) I got an assurance to get the problem solved immediately. This Problem is continued for 11th day today. When I can't watch the TV then why you are deducting my balance ? Is it true ?
