[Resolved]  DishTV — we are not getting all the channels for what we have paid

Good morning sir,
Sounds good pay for what you want to view and we switched from cable to dishtv. No doubt, the first 3 months of service is excellent, but the problem started to arise while recharging it. Our first recharge costing approximately 550 rupees, the money was debited but tv was not recharged. We then called customer care number and told about this issue and asked for refund. Thankfully we got our refund. Weeks after we again recharged which cost us more than 750 rupees and we were stunned to see that we had not git all the channels we subscribed to. This time again tv shows us the the message that 8 may 2019 was the last date to recharge. I have paid 401 rupees and we were shocked to see that only 3 channnel were aired and where were the rest 60+ channels for which i paid. Is that good what you were doing with your customers and this is the most terrible thing happened to us. Lastly now my =tv display the mas that your recharge date is 11 may 2019. Why? We are not getting what we want to see. I would be very grateful to you if you would help us in this matter as soon as possible.
