[Resolved] DishTV — without consent migrated to new plan | |||
Today (4-apr-2019), dish tv through its 'sms' platform sent me a message saying that i/we have been migrated to their new plan (Without seeking our consent!) as per the trai guidelines (Wrong interpretation made by company to suit its way) with revised monthly plan/package for rs.327/- per month, and that they reduced our overall validity period by 53 days. Since we prefer and pay yearly subscription in advance (On renewal date). Please guide us where we should escalate? Was this information helpful? | |||

Thanks for writing in. If you want to register/change your mobile number then you can send the message from RMN & NON-RMN (DISHTV) (RMN) (11 DIGIT VC NUMBER) to 57575. Also, you can log in on our Website (www.dishtv.in) to change your Register Mobile number.

We do not need you to be sorry for the experience we had, just stop the non-sense talk and fix the issues.
