[Resolved] DishTV — worst service & providing wrong information | |||
Name - Pankaj Kumar Sharma VC Number - [protected] I have raise request on 11th May 2019 for no signal found issue (Signal Not Found - Error 301) and fixed appointment for technician visit on 12th may 2019 10 AM. Nobody has contacted on 12th May'19, i waited for 3-4 days and then i got call from dish TV and they asked whether issue is resolved or not, i said issue is not resolved and he disconnect call. After 2-3 day i called to customer care, they said technician visit has done and issue resolved moreover ticket is also closed. I asked Reason from customer care they said i will arrange technician. I asked him for refund of full amount (Which i have paid for new connect) they said we can not refund and later he said if you want refund then send mail to [protected]@dishtv.in and i did. After that i got call from Customer care (Name - Deepshikha Choudhury) she said as per policy we can not refund amount. I replied on email and asked for the policy but till now nobody has replied. again MR Pankaj has call me from Customer care and he requested for the service and i denied. I just asked him to send policy on email and he agreed to do that but till now nobody has responded. I would request you to please share policy document where it is mentioned the amount is non refundable which i have paid (1690) while taking connection. Note : - If you do not have policy then how can you say to customer that as per policy we can not refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
