[Resolved]  DishTV — worst service - regarding

Dear sir/madam..
I, shiva prasad. M the customer of dish tv (Digital tv network). I am facing the problem of service form the dish tv service provider.
I gave a complaint in april regarding technical issue of my setup box. They didn't resolve my problem what the assured me to clear it in 24 hrs. Many times of giving complaints their technician visited my home in the month of may an concluded the problem was my setup box and it needed to replace. I paid the money to him for service & for the setup box. After that he didn't attempt my phone call. Again i call to customer care and i explained to them what happen. They assured me it will clear. But till its not cleared and now they are saying the complaint was closed.

And the second issue is now going..

I gave the same complaint i. E., changing of setup box on[protected]. They replied your problem will clear within 24 hrs. Next day[protected] sunday) their technician call to me and will come in 2 hrs. So total day i waited for him and tried to contact him. But his mobile number won't reachable. Today is the 4th day, but till my problem was not cleared. If call to dish tv customer care they giving same answer it will clear within 24 hrs we'ill follow up.

These all nonsense made me mentally disturbed. From last six months all of my family suffered with their negligence. By this effect i am mentally suffering i wont put my efforts in my job also.. And i lost my peace in home also.
So kindly support me and take necessary action on dish tv network.

I am requesting trai also please make favor to me.

Here so many people facing same problem so please take action and support our middle class people because we don't know whom to approach and too poor to file a case against like this worst service providers.

Again the service persons cheated me..They fix another model instead of my previous model and said adapter not suitable for this have to purchase new one and need to pay Rs. 320/-.

These all are going to disturbing me mentally. Please take necessary action on them.. I dont want to go continue with their service..

Who said it resolved..?? till today they are not replaced my set top box.
Yesterday they called me three times we are coming to chabe the box but they not came. All over day I am waited for them without going out and postponed all of my works for them but they not came..
Please resolve my query by today. I have no patience to complaint again.

Dear Sir/ Madam, This complaint continuing for the previous Grievance Number: 1611769 - Reg. Yesterday Dish TV technician visited my home and fixed the Set top box depends on the previous complaints. On that I am not at my residence, he came fixed it and went away. Evening I went home and checked the box. Then I found he may be fixed fault set top box. He fix secondary box (like it may be used for multi/secondary connection). In previous box it has record option also. But they replaced cheep quality box its without having record option and even Chip (smart card) also not having. Once again they cheated me. In previous one of their technician escaped with money (Service charges and Set top box cost) without resolving the issue they closed my complaint. Now same problem I am facing. Now the charged for set top box and service charges but fixed fault set top box. In this issue without resolve my problem how can u close my request sir? Today I login in your web site for knowing my complaint status, I found it was closed. By depends on one side hearing (Dish TV side) how can u close my issue sir? Without my conformation, without contacting me how U can you concluded it as resolved? Please be transparent sir. After hearing both sides only take necessary action. And before closing the request/complaint please inform to both. I already mentioned my contact number. Ref: from your last Grievance Number: 1611769 As per our conversation with the subscriber Mr. Shiva Prasad M on [protected], it has been communicated that STB issue has been resolved post swapping the existing STB with other modal STB. New VC number is [protected]. Moreover, communicated that no need to pay the technician for adaptor charges. Same has been confirmed with the service team that adaptor charges will not be applicable if STB swapped with other modal STB. For the final confirmation we tried contacting subscriber on [protected] & [protected], however numbers were not contactable. Case stand closed.But I already informed to them there is no alternate number, they can contact only to me (+91-[protected]) My conclusion: On that time, when they call to m, I am in Driving. So I am not able to pickup the call. In next couple of minutes I call back to them. But their contact No’s (+91-[protected]) not reachable. I called to technician (Ph: (+91-[protected]) who visited my home, he said he was not responsible with that and to contact his superior (Venkatesh: +91-[protected]), gave his contact number. But he was not responded properly (I think he was on bike). Quickly I call to Dish TV customer care explained all the issue and gave new complaint (Ref: service request No:[protected] but till I didn’t get any call r response from them. From last one week I am facing problem with the service persons. I never saw this much of worst service provider. Because of them I am loosing my mental ability. So please make favor to me. No one had supporting me even from your side also. For their safe zone they changed my VC No. [protected](P) to new VC [protected]and mentioned all queries was resolved. But still I am facing problem from them. If I contact their Customer Care they said no complaint were registered. By the above discussion please look in to my query and resolve my problem as soon as possible. And take necessary action against the cheating of Dish TV service provider by the cunning mind with changing VC and closing the complaints and also they make you also in wrong track by their fraud things. Now I just want to replace my set top box with recording option and upto date update model (DishNXT HD:: Model No. D-7000HD) Thanking you..
