[Resolved] DishTV — Wrong device installed

I had asked for a smart set top box for a new connection to dishtv, but instead of smart set top box the technician have installed a hd set top box and now they are refusing to replace the same, and asking me to upgrade the connection, I am sure this type of fraud and cheating they are doing to most of the customer and charging more money, please help me and all the customer like me who are facing this type of fraud by distv.

Updated by Jkmakwana In spite of my complain, there is no positive response from dish tv side and they are not ready to replace the wrongly installed device.
This is a fraud done with me and i don't know how many others like me have faced this type of fraud by dish tv.
