[Resolved]  DishTV — wrong promise, swiped my vc number without my consent.

Dear sir/mam
I purchased connection in the month of august of rs 2340 and they promised me for 1 year subscription for some channels. But within one month, it started to show on tv screen low account balance. I called to customer care and i came to know they had recharged only 1750 rs.
When i did not get the proper response i recharged myself amount of 299 on 14th october 2018. It started working.

But after 1 week again it started no account balance. When i contacted to customer executives they told me that my connection has been swiped without my knowledge and they changed my vc number even i have not received new set top box.
My old vc number is[protected]It is mentioned on setbox and tv screen)
New vc number is[protected]Told by customer service by registered number.)
Again i recharged an amount of rs 100 on new vc number[protected]. But its message is - 102 no account balance.
The main points are -
1. They have made wrong promise.
2. They changed my vc number without my consent.
3. My set up box is not working till date.
4. They are not giving proper response (They told a lie that their technicians went to us but none has come to visit my house) as i have called them again and again as they have given request id are
