DMart — Money has been deducted from my account but I didn't get anything

Address:Dmart malviya nagar jaipur

Yesterday i visited dmart of malviya nagar jaipur and bought items worth rs 2993 ...money has been deducted from my account but i got no products as the staff members said upi server was down...but i didn't get any refund .
Please look into this matter urgently.
