Domain India — Lack of service and poor support

We bought a new domain and email server from Domain India on march 1st 2015. From that day on wards we are facing challenges with emails. Like we are not able to send emails to other domain like yahoo, msn and gmail. We raised the complaint ticket for that and after few days they fixed for gmail. Other two domain msn and yahoo, still they didnt fixed. Again we raised the ticket for the same and they fixed for yahoo. From that day onwards till now we are following up for the same issue, that we are not able to send the mail to msn domain. We raised several complaint tickets and they used to close the tickets by telling that issue is resolved, and you will be able to sent email in coming 3-4 days. But if we try after few days also, it will be same. And if we follow up they will say that they working on it and will fix at earliest. Now it is been more than 3 months we are chasing for the same issue, till now they were not able to fix the issue. We done online support chat with lot of their staff, but in the middle they left the conversation without informing us. And if we raise the ticket they will not respond properly. We are really fed up of their service. We paid for their service and what we are getting is really disappointing. And they are not even concerned about our issue. Least bothered and irresponsible staff they have. We bought this domain for selling medical equipment's in Dubai(UAE). Several clients are sending mail to our domain email id asking about the service and business but we are not able to reply to them. Because of outgoing mail service is not working. Due to this we are loosing our business on daily basis. We bought this domain to do business and what we are getting is huge lose. Several times i informed this scenario to the support and they are not even giving importance to our issue. Even they don't know how to fix. Whole the time their IP is getting black listed.
