my website is down from past one month, repetitive calls and emails fell in deaf ears.. i am trying to transfer my domain and hosting to another better provider...

Domain india is a fake and fraud server provider company. There is no manpower only 2 person are working in this company. No security on your data will be auto delete from your server without your login. After that if you will open a ticket they cant reply you. Or not able to close the ticket 8 to 10 days. Plz don’t go with domain india other wise you will loss your data as well ass business. no rpl on chat after some day. same rpl just...

I have purchsed the reseller hosting from domainindia.org and i have near about 50+ domain and 3 unlimited hosting. We complain multiple times from last 3 month near about 30+ support ticket submited. The company not taking any action. 5-6 hour each day (Often in pick hour 10am -6 pm) the site is down.

All the team always make fake commit and on complain threaten that don't abuse otherwise all service is blocked.

I have purchased the domain name "billboxx.in" from "www.domainindia.org" website on 16.10.2015 and paid Rs. 174/- for it vide their invoice no. 65836 dt. 16.10.2015.

There after vide thier email dt. 16.10.2015 at 6:42 pm they confirmed to me that :

We bought a new domain and email server from Domain India on march 1st 2015. From that day on wards we are facing challenges with emails. Like we are not able to send emails to other domain like yahoo, msn and gmail. We raised the complaint ticket for that and after few days they fixed for gmail.
