On 10 Sept 2023 12:50 AM Pizza and Garlic bread was order via the mobile app ( Client Tanya Aggarwal / 96**020611)for delivery and it was fully paid . My client waited till 3:00 AM as it was showing being baked and was not delivered either. There was no response from any live agent or from support desk numbers provided.
Till date the money has not been refunded after numerous calls with Branch Manager and Store Head who contacted after 48 hours of the complain being raised .
We have the app images and chat proofs or lack in service and denial of refund!!
Kindly elevate my clients agony and refund the Rs 177 and 600 Points or Rs 436 as per the invoice.
