[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — No refund from failed transaction and no reply to query | |||||
Two transactions of Rs. 563 each failed on 2nd November. Payment was made through MobiKwik. Contacted MobiKwik. They said it shows successful at their side and told me to contact merchant (dominos). Tried contacting many times through multiple ways (email, customer care chat, feedback page etc.) but didn't get a single response. Please help me get a refund or at least a reply from them! Dec 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally after 1 month, I got my refund in MobiKwik wallet. Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
