Domino's Pizza — Not Refunding issue | |||||
Hi dominos, I made an order(Chef's Chicken Choice + Coke Mobile) on last sunday, 25 dec in the night around 9:45 PM. Because of some internet issue I had to tried many times. So order was not complete because I was getting some error "Too many attempts" but transaction was completed two times. first time i used PAYTM(390 rupees) and second time I used PAYTM + ICICI(163 rupees) online banking(because not suffient balance in paytm). So regarding this issue I contact Paytm and Icici bank then they said transaction was completed so contact Dominos customer care. Now my concern is, why I still not getting my money after not completing my order even after 48 hours. This is very disappointing, I am regular user of Dominos, I didn't expect this type of service from dominos. Next time I have to think 100 times before using dominos service.
